  • Raise awareness among users and international ordering parties regarding the importance of the French origin of a Cybersecurity offer and its intrinsic qualities
  • Certify to users and ordering parties that the product and services are commercialized
  • Increase their overall use and the security level of users

Attribution principles

A guarantee for end users

The France Cybersecurity Label is the guarantee for end users that the certified products and services are made in France and possess clear and well-defined functionalities, with a level of quality established by an independent panel.

This guarantee is provided by the verification of the label specifications proper observance and the scrutiny of factual elements brought by the solution provider on the quality and performance of its products and services.

Operation

Two types of structures manage the France Cybersecurity Label :

  1. A governance structure which defines the label general governance and especially the evolution of award criteria. This structure also oversees the Label’s communication, external relations and administration.
  2. An award structure also known as the « Award Committee », which is fueled by third party instructors. This structure decides whether or not to award the Label to applicants.
