How to Get the Label France Cybersecurity?<span class=\"toggle_icon\"><span class=\"vert_icon\"><\/span><span class=\"hor_icon\"><\/span><\/span><\/p><div id='toggle-id-4' aria-labelledby='toggle-toggle-id-4' role='region' class='toggle_wrap  av-title-above'  ><div class='toggle_content invers-color '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Each applicant company to the label use, for one or several of its offers, must notify its application and its adherence to the regulation of use of the label by sending a request to the secretariat of the <em>France Cybersecurity<\/em> label.<\/p>\n<p>Once the applicant\u2019s file is transferred to the secretariat of the <em>France Cybersecurity<\/em> Label, the applicant company must provide the following elements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Economic and administrative information<\/li>\n<li>A certificate of incorporation<\/li>\n<li>A detailed fact sheet about the offer submitted for labelling<\/li>\n<li>A payment commitment for processing fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The applicant\u2019s file is then transferred \u2013 in a confidential and protected manner \u2013 to an independent third-party instructor mandated by the governance of the <em>France Cybersecurity<\/em> Label. During the instruction phase, the third-party instructor might, after acquainting himself with the whole file of the applicant company, contact the latter for inquiries that will stay within the scope of mission given to the instructor.<\/p>\n<p>Once the instruction is over, an appraisal report is submitted to the <em>France Cybersecurity<\/em> label awarding committee which adjudicates based on the expert\u2019s recommendations and based on its own criteria.<\/p>\n<p>A formal answer (label awarded, denied or deferment of the file) is then issued by the label secretariat.<\/p>\n<h4>In case of attribution, the applicant company becomes a label operator and possesses on it a right of usage defined below.<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_toggle_section av-lfjkot77-fd5d26b26b63c9b2b150c3ffc81f1e9c'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div role=\"tablist\" class=\"single_toggle\" data-tags=\"{All} \"  ><p id='toggle-toggle-id-5' data-fake-id='#toggle-id-5' class='toggler  av-title-above '  itemprop=\"headline\"  role='tab' tabindex='0' aria-controls='toggle-id-5' data-slide-speed=\"200\" data-title=\"5.
